Reviews and Ratings
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Lakewood Cabins. While the on-site manager was incredibly accommodating and friendly. the cabin itself was basic with some outdated furniture. Overall, it was reasonably clean and had the essentials I needed for a short getaway, but I definitely felt there are areas that could use improvement.
I stayed at Lakewood Cabins recently and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the cabin was spacious and cozy, perfect for my family, and the outdoor play areas kept my toddler entertained. However, I found the cleanliness lacking, especially under the furniture, and the decor felt quite outdated, which was a downside for the overall ambiance.
My stay at Lakewood Cabins was quite enjoyable with clean and cozy cabins that offered exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Although the beds could be a bit firmer, everything else, from the helpful manager Dave to the thoughtful amenities, made my experience nice. The location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions, but I did notice it could benefit from a little updating overall.
I had a good two-day stay at Lakewood Cabins… while the furnishings were quite basic and a bit old, the cabin was super clean and offered a cozy space for my family. The amenities, like the kitchen and BBQ area, were perfect for our needs. I did notice some areas could use more thorough cleaning, but overall it was a great deal for a summer getaway.
My stay at Lakewood Cabins was quite pleasant. The cabin was clean and cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While I appreciated the character of the place, it could use some updates in a few areas. Overall, I found it a great base for exploring Big Bear, especially at such a reasonable price.
